Raids already have a mechanic to trivialize efficiency when farming the armors: speed/more reliable clears as a result of your knowledge & skill. If they want to preserve the time-gated nature of LI, then they should be convertable into significant amounts of PiPs in the respective game modes. Really they should be a catch-up mechanism for extra currency you may need (for PVP, league tickets or ascended shards, for WvW, skirmish tickets, memories of battle or badges of honor). I'm also interested in knowing what those repeatable pvp/wvw items required for legendary crafting will be useful for, after we reach the armory cap. This limit exists so you don’t have to worry about accidentally unlocking more copies of a specific legendary than you can equip." "The maximum number of copies of an item your Legendary Armory can hold is determined by how many equipment slots it can occupy. Of course some communication from Anet to confirm my theory would be nice. So at this stage I think it will be fine and I assume that Conflux and Slumbering Conflux are both unique and hence you can have 1 of each across every template (and then turn the ball off on Conflux on whichever template you don't want to see it, which is pretty cool). If it works like that, then I can see that as being the reason for having the number limit. At which point, you can then use the forge and turn it into Conflux (of which you can only have 1) and as soon as you do that, it gets auto added. So in theory, if I then make another, it won't be auto-added (since you can only equip one) and hence would stay in inventory. Right now I only have Slumbering, and in theory you can only have 1 slumbering, which will get auto added to the armory. That is exactly what I was just wondering about. A good question now is how can I still make a Conflux from a Slumbering Conflux somehow? The moment you add it to your account it goes into the armory, do we get tokens to use that in the mystic forge like the ones you need for Eternity?
